Return Policy

At Lazytom Sports, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Return eligibility depends on where your order is shipped from and to.

Eligible for Return

New Zealand Warehouse → New Zealand Address
You may return your item for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in original, unused condition
• Includes original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (e.g. packing slip or transaction record)

Not Eligible for Return

We are currently unable to accept returns, exchanges, or swaps for the following order types:

• Overseas Warehouse → New Zealand Address
• New Zealand Warehouse → Australia Address
• Overseas Warehouse → Australia Address

These orders involve international logistics, variable pricing, and customs restrictions that prevent us from processing returns efficiently.

Australian & Cook Islands Orders – Important Note

Orders shipped to Australia or the Cook Islands are not eligible for return at this stage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
