We do not offer express or next-day delivery.

At this time we only send parcels within New Zealand and Australia from www.lazytomsports.co.nz

*Please note: Standard delivery from our New Zealand warehouse to remote areas may take up to 5 business days, and delivery from our overseas warehouse will take 15-25 working days. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods, etc.).

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
All deliveries are contactless. Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Lazytom Sports, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
For the products shipped from our New Zealand warehouse, if you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days provided the item is in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging and instruction manuals and proof of purchase, e.g. copy of bank statement that shows the actual transaction, online order packing slip.
For our Overseas Shopping or Pre-order, the prices fluctuate based on supply and demand in real-time. As such, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or swaps.
If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team for support on this.
